PriorIT Consulting, LLC has 32 years of GIS experience from working at Esri in the Development, Product Management and Professional Services Departments and 45 years' experience in the IT industry. This experience includes working with Esri software and services in a variety of industries. We want to assist enterprise GIS and IT customers throughout the whole process of their Program, not just one-off activities as needed.

Tom Pattison
Tom Pattison has worked in the IT industry for over 45 years. He is President, Founder and co-owner of PriorIT Consulting, LLC providing enterprise level IT services, service programs, support and training for GIS customers.
Previously, Tom worked at Esri corporate headquarters for 26 years in a variety of departments supporting hundreds of national and international customers with successful Enterprise GIS and IT deployments.
Elena Pattison
Elena Pattison’s background is in Administration. She is the controlling owner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.
Elena recently completed the certification for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Women's Owned Small Business (WOSB) and is finalizing the company’s certification for the 8(A) program. She is also the Administrator and manages the day to day operations of the company.
