We will present and demo tools for analyzing the key performance factors and the root cause to address any performance issues across the whole of the Enterprise GIS operations. Attendees will learn hands-on practical skills that will help reduce the administration and infrastructure costs, including: finding costly bottlenecks, identifying under or over utilized resources, tuning and testing for performance, analyzing usage trends and producing effective reports. Requirements: ● Attendees will be asked to bring their issues to the class ● Attendees will need admin access to both their workstation and servers that will be used ● Attendees will host their environment to work through these issues and be responsible for host control ● Attendees will need to download and install the tools that will be emailed prior to the beginning of the course
